We promise a response from your account manager within 4 hours. If we break this promise, we’ll give you 1 hour free for every hour we’re late.

We promise we’ll never miss an agreed upon deadline. If we break this promise, we’ll give you the number of hours spent on the late item, free.

We promise a 24 hour turnaround time on basic web edits (or a deadline set in 4 hours). If we break this promise, we’ll do the edit free.

We promise to post high-quality content on your social media channels. If we break this promise, we’ll give you a free week of social media posts.

We promise to provide you with timely and insightful monthly performance reports.

We promise to give you final approval on all content and activity before going live on any online channels.

We promise to give you a clear breakdown of activity every month so you know where your hours will be spent and what work is going to be done.

How It Works

Brand Promise Guarantee. We promise to hit your targets or we will do the work for free.

Ts & Cs: This is applicable to quarterly, mutually agreed upon targets relating to any product or service. We will do the work related to a specific target for free until it is met. The brand promise guarantee comes into effect at the end of the 3rd month when we have sufficient data to be able to agree realistic targets. We can only agree to specific targets using data that we are measuring and that we can track.

We promise a response from your account manager within 4 hours. If we break this promise, we’ll give you 1 hour free for every hour we’re late.

Ts & Cs: This promise is applicable during our business working hours and is up to a max of 5 hours per incident.

We promise we’ll never miss an agreed upon deadline. If we break this promise, we’ll give you the number of hours spent on the late item, free.

Ts & Cs: The number of free hours is up to a maximum of 10 hours per incident. The deadline must be agreed upon by the account manager and the client in writing. This promise is only applicable if the client has provided all information that we need to complete the task correctly. Please note that the client must adhere to any deadline set by the account manager relating to the provision of materials or approval needed by the account manager to meet the agreed upon the deadline.

Ts & Cs: This promise is applicable within our business working hours only and is limited to text and image changes only. If the request is more than a text or image change, we promise to get back to you within 4 hours with a set deadline.

We promise to post high-quality content on your social media channels. If we break this promise, we’ll give you a free week of social media posts.

Ts & Cs: This promise applies once the client has approved brand guidelines and social media plans. This is applicable to spelling and grammar errors, broken links, posts not being aligned with plans, images or tone not within brand or tone of voice spec and posts being not related to the agreed upon social media plan. This promise does not apply to proactive engagement.

We promise to provide you with timely and insightful monthly performance reports.

Ts & Cs: The account manager and client must agree upon a submission date for the report in writing. This promise is applicable if the metrics that are reported don’t match the objectives outlined. Missed deadline promises apply.

We promise to give you final approval on all content and activity before going live on any online channels.

Ts & Cs: Approval must be received from client is in writing. This promise is forfeited once the client gives consent going forward. If we don’t meet our promise, we will give you 5 hours free.

We promise to give you a clear breakdown of activity every month so you know where your hours will be spent and what work is going to be done:

Ts & Cs: The activity breakdown is to submitted to the client with the monthly report. Missed deadline rules apply.
